Saravanan K is a seasoned Finance Professional, a veteran with over 29 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle/Construction Equipment Finance, and SME lending. He spent nearly three decades at Sundaram Finance, weaving himself into the cultural fabric of Sundaram with their ethos and values , excelling in various Leadership Roles. During this tenure, he consistently delivered growth and profitability, and Ranked No.1, earning multiple accolades including *Best Zone Award, Performance Excellence Award, and recognition as Outstanding Performer across consecutive years.
His mentoring efforts elevated more than 20 juniors to Branch Manager positions.
Currently, Saravanan heads a Dual Role as “Product Head – CV/CE Financing” and also the “Vice President & Head” for Madurai Cluster at SMEINTELLECT, where he is building a strong base in CV/CE Loans, SME loans, LAP, and B2B2C solutions to support emerging entrepreneurs and businesses.
With a disciplined upbringing through Kendriya Vidyalaya (CBSE), New Delhi, and Academic Credentials in Business Administration, a Masters in Commerce, he combines deep industry expertise with Laser Focussed Product Experience in CV/CE Financing.
