Lalita Jaywanth is a Career SME Banker with more than 2 decades of SME Banking Experience. She started her career with ICICI Bank handling Credit Administration and Relationship Management.
Her subsequent stint was with Axis Bank where she was a part of a team which built a high quality SME lending book with an AUM of INR 1,500 crores in Coimbatore.
Post this, she was a Senior Vice President in Yes Bank for SME Client Acquisition and was instrumental in building a robust SME portfolio at Yes Bank Coimbatore, where she grew the AUM by 800% in a span of 3 years to INR 500.00 crores. The cluster that she managed, was adjudged, the best performing SME cluster, Pan India.
In her last assignment at Sundaram Finance as a Sr.Dy.General Manager, SME Business, Lalita, who was part of Rajesh’s Team, was instrumental in successfully maneuvering the SME business through the Covid crisis, by selecting the right accounts, monitoring them closely, de-risking, and stepping up the collections efforts, resulting in an overall commendable collection efficiency.
Lalita is a Post Graduate in Management and brings versatility and Leadership in New Client Acquisition along with skill sets of Credit-Underwriting and Collections Management in the SME spectrum.
